The Cycle Loft is an independent bicycle retailer selling bicycles from
$200 to $20,000, from children’s bicycles to unicycles, to commuters and
weekend bike-path riders, to custom and professional road and mountain
bikes. Accessories and clothing cover the entire gamut from socks and shoes,
to most every possible garment, and everything else needed for on and off
the bike safety, convenience, and enjoyment. The Loft’s 12 station service
area resembles an open kitchen for bicycle mechanics-every station has its
own tool kits, air hoses hanging from the ceiling, and is cleaned virtually spotless every night-not to mention the hidden sound system piping in
the latest music sounds, and 3 TVs suspended from the ceilings in select
areas around the store.
